Conference Rates: $145.00 for Single, Double, Triple or Quadruple occupancy
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO JANUARY 3, 2005 for conference rates. Conference rates apply from Tuesday, February 1, 2005 through Sunday, February 6, 2005.

Reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a deposit or guaranteed by a major credit. Advanced deposits or credit card guarantees will be refundable if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours, an amount equal to one night's room and tax will be charged to the guaranteed credit card or the deposit will be non-refundable.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Room assignments prior to that time are on "space availability." Check-out time is noon.

Parking

Daily Hotel Parking Rates are $6.00 self-parking and $8.00 valet parking. The overnight hotel parking charged to the hotel bill is $8.00 daily and allows for in and out privileges.
