Join us for the 2010 Joint Meeting of the Medical Library Group of Southern California and Arizona and the Northern California and Nevada Medical Library Group to be held in Glendale, Arizona conveniently located near Phoenix. The Renaissance Hotel and Spa is located in the new Westgate City Center, which is also home to the 2008 NFC Champion Arizona Cardinals and the NHL Phoenix Coyotes hockey franchise.
We have prepared a document to assist with the Acteva registration process. Please download and print this guide, to provide additional registration information and clarification. After printing, go to the Acteva registration link and complete the registration process.
After you have made your selections via Acteva, recheck the information and click on "Continue" at the end to confirm your order. You will then be prompted for your name, address and payment information to complete your order. Acteva accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
