The Norris Medical Library is an academic research library serving\u00a0the Schools and Departments of Medicine, Pharmacy, Occupational and Physical Therapy. The library has a\u00a0strong emphasis on providing access to a wide variety of electronic information resources, and educating faculty,\u00a0students, and staff through seminars on Internet resources, presentation software, database searching, evidence-based\u00a0health care, personal digital assistants, and bibliographic management. The library contains 176,000\u00a0volumes and receives 500 current print journals and 2,568 current electronic journals. Users include medical,\u00a0pharmacy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy students, graduate students in the biomedical and biological\u00a0sciences, 1,260 full-time faculty, and a large number of other health professionals. The library staff of 38.5 FTE\u00a0includes 13 librarians\/professionals. For additional information, see the <a href=\"www.usc.edu\/nml\" target=\"_blank\">library\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Send resume or direct inquiries to: Daniel Grande,dgrande@usc.edu<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide reference service in-person and online, and individual or group consultations by appointment.<\/li>\n<li> Participate in an extensive program for user education, serving as leader of the library\u2019s pharmacy teaching\u00a0team.
