Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA seeks an Associate Director of Reference & Outreach. The Associate Director Reference and Outreach provides leadership, guidance, expertise, encouragement, and inspiration to a team of librarians & library staff whose mission is to enable and enhance the educational and research pursuits of WesternU faculty, staff and students. This position reports to the Executive Director of the Harriet K. and Philip Pumerantz Library.<\/p>\n

Required qualifications:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Masters Degree in Library and Information Science.<\/li>\n
  2. Five+ years experience in an academic setting or health sciences library.<\/li>\n
  3. Three \u2013 five years of supervisory experience.<\/li>\n
  4. Experience developing instructional sessions and employing effective teaching techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
