Funk Governmental Relations<\/strong> Award.\u00a0 This award recognizes a librarian who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in governmental relations at the federal, state, or local level.\u00a0 The nominee must have been a member of MLA at the time the governmental relations activities occurred.\u00a0 The awardee is granted $500 and a certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations must be received by <strong>November 1, 2014<\/strong>.\u00a0 \u00a0Self-nominations are welcome.
