Medical Center, on behalf of\u00a0 the JM2010 Planning Committee <\/em><\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the quad-chairs and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlgsca.mlanet.org\/jtmtg2010\/planning_committee.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Planning Committee<\/a> for the upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlgsca.mlanet.org\/jtmtg2010\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">JM2010<\/a>, I would like to thank you for your generous support, both professionally and financially.\u00a0 We all know what challenges we are facing trying to organize a successful and financially prudent conference and hope people will spend their time and money to attend during such difficult economic times.\u00c2\u00a0 We truly could not have put this meeting together without MLGSCA!<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlgsca.mlanet.org\/jtmtg2010\/planning_committee.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Planning Committee<\/a> has done a fantastic job and we are looking into a few more incentive plans to motivate those who have not yet committed to attending.\u00c2\u00a0 With this in mind, I hope you have all registered to attend!\u00a0 And, if you have not yet made your hotel reservations, I would like to encourage you to contact the Renaissance Glendale Hotel &amp; Spa today to take advantage of the discounted conference room rate (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlgsca.mlanet.org\/newsletter\/?p=733\" target=\"_blank\"><em><strong>instructions for hotel reservations<\/strong><\/em><\/a>).\u00a0  <strong><em>The deadline to receive the hotel conference rate of $209 per night has been extended to Monday, January 11th.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->We are just about 18 rooms shy of meeting our committed room block!\u00a0 If you have ever worked on conference planning, you know what a large chunk of money goes to the facilities costs!\u00c2\u00a0 PLEASE &#8211; help us reach our goal and reserve at least one night at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel &amp; Spa!\u00a0 You&#8217;ll be able to take advantage of all this beautiful resort has to offer and be right in the middle of the conference action!<\/p>\n<p>We know that there are discounted rates for the Renaissance Glendale Hotel &amp;
