The Director of Knowledge Management resides within Medical Writing and is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide knowledge management program. This position is primarily focused on information services (corporate library), knowledge management and collaboration. The Program’s Director must be familiar with all facets of the drug development process and align information services processes and resources to increase innovation, and drive informed decisions.
