MLGSCA/NCNMLG 2010 Joint Meeting: Hotel Reservations

Update: the deadline to receive the conference rate of $209 per night has been extended to Monday, January 4th, 12:00 midnight.
With the MLGSCA/NCNMLG 2010 Joint Meeting right around the corner, it’s almost time to engage, refocus and connect with colleagues at the beautiful Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa!
Hotel reservations must be made on or before Monday, December 21st at 12:00 midnight to receive the conference rate of $209.
To make hotel reservations via PHONE:
- Call 800.468.3571 or 623.937.3700
- Identify yourself as being with the “MLGSCA Regional Meetingâ€
To make hotel reservations ONLINE:
- Go to this hotel reservation page
- Choose your check in/out dates, etc.
- Select “Group Code†and enter mlgmlga (if it is not already preset)
- Note: you cannot select any other Special Rate in addition to the mlgmlga Group Code
After you make your hotel reservation, you can rest assured over the holiday break knowing that you received the discounted conference rate and have an upcoming stay at an amazing resort!
If you booked hotel reservations for the Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa through other websites such as Orbitz or Travelocity, please email Rebecca Birr at rebecca.birr@mihs.org with the name the reservation is under. These reservations can count towards the committed room block.
